Claiming CE Credit
Claiming your continuing education certificate is easy from your account.
Log in, then click on the person icon in the upper right hand corner, and click on See CE Info.
From the next page, you will be able to view certificates completed and in progress.
If the required work has not been completed, you will see Track Progress. Keep working to complete the required work before claiming your certificate.
If your work has been completed but the certificate has not been generated, you will see Claim. You will fill out a short survey on your learner experience and will be asked to fill out your first and last name. Once complete, you can download your certificate.
If you have already completed the work and claimed the certificate, you will see View Certificate. You can always go back to your See CE Info page to view completed certificates.
If you are in the SMNP Live Study Group for SMNP Self-Paced courses, please follow these directions for claiming CE credits.
Certificate of Completion

Accessed via the "See CE Info" section in the top right dropdown under the your avatar.
Eligibility Requirements: Complete the Posttest and get at least an 80% to be eligible for the certificate. Upon eligibility, you will need to complete a survey before you can download the certificate.
The certificate is for proof of participation and does not grant contact hours.
Reminder: If you attended the PANRE Live Course, be sure to complete the Self-Assessment Qbank questions, located under the Qbank tab in your study plan. Completing these questions is required in order to receive your 20 CME credits.

Please note that any CE completed prior to your exam date does not qualify for test retakes or license renewal. For specific details about CE eligibility and requirements in your state, we strongly recommend contacting your state board directly, as rules can vary.
Replacing a Lost or Misplaced Certificate
To replace a lost or misplaced certificate, follow these steps:
Search Your Email:
Look for the certificate email from 'Certify’em.'
Check your spam or junk folders if necessary.
Request a Replacement:
Contact the support team to get a replacement.
Allow up to 24 business hours for the replacement to be processed.
