I failed my NP board exam. What do I do now?

  • We absolutely hate to hear that you failed your NP board exam! The first step in the process is our standard questionnaire that we ask everyone to fill out so that we can best serve you moving forward. Click here for the questionnaire!

When can I expect a member of your team to be in touch with me?

  • A member of our NP Success Team will be in contact with you to create a plan for success within 48 business hours. To ensure you receive a response from our team, add support@npreviews.com as contact to your email, and always check your spam folder as well!

I was a live study group student. How do I redeem the passing guarantee?

  • If you are a current or past live study group student and you would like to inquire about the passing guarantee, the first step is to fill out the questionnaire above.

Do the SMNP courses offer contact hours?

Great news! SMNP now offers contact hours on our courses. Here is a detailed list:

  • Live Study Group: 33 CE hours

  • Comprehensive 3-Course Bundle: 17 CE hours

  • Real Deal NP 1-Day Prep: 10 CE hours

  • Crash Course: 7 CE hours

  • In-depth Pharmacology Course: 4 CE hours

  • In-depth Diagnosis Course: 6 CE hours

  • Job Hunt Course: 5 CE hours

Is there a CE requirement for AANP vs ANCC?

  • AANP allows you to retest after completion of 15 contact hours, and will only allow you to test twice in one calendar year. ANCC does not have a contact hour requirement, but they do have a 60 day waiting period before you can test again. And ANCC does not have a cap on how many times you can test in one calendar year.

How can I claim my CE hours?

  • In order to claim CE hours, you would need to complete the post test and fill out the survey sent to your email within 24 business hours prior to course expiration. The post test can be found after the course under the resources tab. We are bound by strict regulations from AANP/ANCC and are unable to backdate these at the moment.
