Course Requirements

You can also verify your course requirements in your program's syllabus.

  • You must watch all of the modules found in your account under the Resources tab.

  • Do not use the CE certificates downloaded from your account to certify progress to your program.

Our support team will email you a document certifying that you met the requirements above. You may keep this for your records and share it with your program.

Example certificate:

Primary Care Qbank:

You can review the New Learner Checklist to find the best ways to get started with the LSG! Check it out here.

How to Earn and Claim Your OPTIONAL CE Hours

The certificates you receive for the CE do not pertain to your university course requirements.

There are two CE options available. You can earn a total of 43 hours by claiming both:

    • Complete each post-test with at least 70% correct. The post-tests can be found after each course under the resources tab. (This is not a requirement of your program)

    • Fill out the survey sent to your email within 24 business hours and before your course expires. Upon passing the post-test with a score of 70% or greater, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing a link to the course survey!

  • To claim an additional 10 CE Hours:

    • Complete at least 1,000 questions from your Primary Care Qbank (250 more than your program requires)

    • Click your profile icon in the right corner → select “See CE Info”

    • Track your progress and claim your CEs there

Because the CE certificate only accounts for a passing grade on the Post-Test and doesn't account for live sessions attended or completion of the modules, this can't be used to prove you met the course requirements.

Here is other general information about your LSG.
