Here’s some information on how to access your account:
If you’ve not logged in already, navigate to www.npreviews.com
In the upper right, click the purple button that says Login
Look at the top right corner, you should see an option that says My Account.
Click on My Account and click on the Account link from the dropdown menu.
Once on the account page, click Start on the tile that says My NP Learning Portal to access your course.
Alternatively, you can click the "Go to study plan" button on the dashboard for direct access.
If you encounter issues such as being unable to create an NP study plan or access specific features, consider the following:
Clear your browser cache and cookies: This often resolves technical issues. For detailed instructions, refer to this Google Support Article.
Use a desktop browser: The platform is optimized for desktop use, and you may encounter fewer issues compared to using a mobile device.
Ensure that the course or content you are trying to access has started or is within its availability window.

Free Account Limitations
Users with a free account have limited access to study plan resources. Comprehensive courses and certain items, such as advanced modules, may not be accessible. To unlock full access, upgrading to a paid subscription is required. Additionally, all content becomes available starting from your official course start date. Ensure you check your start date to know when to expect full access.
Ensure your payment method is accurate to avoid access issues caused by failed transactions.
To access course modules, you can navigate to the study plan tab or the resources tab to view these easily. You can watch all course videos an unlimited number of times during your access period, ensuring flexibility to review content as needed. If you have completed a module, you can still click on it and rewatch the videos. For a full list of all available modules, navigate to the Resources section of your learning portal.
Sometimes, videos may not appear in your study plan calendar. This could happen if the videos are not currently scheduled or if they are from previously completed modules. In such cases, you can find all course videos listed in the Resources section of your learning portal. Note that completed items will not repopulate in the study plan calendar but remain accessible through Resources.
If you are part of a live study group, you can access recordings directly on your plan. After the session has been uploaded within 3 business days there will be a watch button available on the plan.
